i would call this a rape joke - and a funny one.  why?  because it doesn’t come at the cost of people have been abused and violated.  by contrast, rape jokes of the daniel tosh nature reinforce the power of rapists and degrade victims of violence.  fucked up much?  i mean, not only is that just scumbag behavior on a basic human level, it comes from a place that is deeply misogynistic.
